Conditions of Sale
1. Registration
All bidders must register before placing a bid. Registration is free and requires a valid government-issued identity document. We reserve the right to refuse registration at our sole discretion.
Registration for Sale I closes 24 hours before the sale ends.
2. Bidding
Bidding is conducted exclusively online through our platform. The highest bid recorded at the close of the lot, subject to any reserve, will be deemed the winning bid.
- Each lot may have a confidential reserve price below which it will not be sold.
- Bids placed in the final two minutes of a lot will extend the closing time of that lot by two minutes (anti-snipe).
- All bids are binding offers and may not be retracted once placed.
4. Payment
Payment is due within 7 business days of the sale closing. Accepted methods: Swiss bank transfer (CHF), SEPA transfer (EUR), and major credit cards up to CHF 5,000.
5. Shipping & collection
All lots are fully insured during shipment. Worldwide tracked shipping is available; rates depend on destination and declared value. Collection is available by appointment at our Geneva office.
6. Authenticity guarantee
Every piece is examined and authenticated by our specialists before catalogue inclusion. We guarantee authenticity of the maker's signature, hallmarks, materials and stones as described in the lot listing for a period of 12 months from the sale date.
7. Withdrawal & cancellation
Winwin Genève reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale at any time without prior notice. Buyers acting as private individuals within the EU benefit from a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
8. Governing law
These conditions of sale are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland.
